Marketing Assistant, Part-time (posted May 12, 2010)

United Retek is a 23 year old Environmental Remediation Company.  The owner/founder needs an assistant for a myriad of tasks.  This is an relatively small company with a relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

• Searching the web for specific work opportunities
• Gathering contact information on perspective companies to give quotes to
• Initiating direct contact with purchasing and estimating departments
• Preparing quotation forms for perspective clients
• Organizing files for quotation follow-up
• Performing general office tasks

We are looking for a mature person who has been initiating and continuing direct contact with customers for a minimum of five (preferably more) years. Good telephone skills, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are a must.

Flexible hours.

This job is likely to remain part-time and no benefits are offered.
